What's the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO (search engine optimization) is about ranking in traditional search results. GEO (generative engine optimization) is about being the source AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews pull from and cite when answering a question. They reward largely the same underlying signals — clear structure, real expertise, fast and accessible pages — so in practice they're one discipline now, not two separate budgets.
Do you build websites, or just do SEO/GEO consulting?
Both, depending on what you need. Small practices without a site (or with one that's holding them back) usually start with the done-for-you build. Businesses with an existing site and more complexity usually start with the audit, then move into ongoing consulting.
How long until we see results?
Technical fixes (speed, structured data, crawlability) can show up within weeks. Content-driven ranking and AI-citation improvements typically take a few months of consistent work — anyone promising overnight results on those is not being straight with you.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Engagements are scoped per package, and the ongoing partnership is month-to-month, not a locked-in annual contract.
